Responsibilities
- Build and improve the natural language to SQL pipeline.
- Own end-to-end features.
Qualifications
- Comfort reading and writing Python
- Familiar with retrieval-augmented generation
- Python — you can write a good eval harness from scratch
- Strong grasp of SQL across PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery
- 3+ years of product design at a software company
- Figma power user — components, variables, prototypes
- Portfolio showing complex data or B2B product work
- Comfortable running your own user interviews
- 2+ years in customer success or account management at a SaaS company
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Data-oriented — you use metrics to measure health
- Strong written communication
