Senior Python AI Engineer role focused on Generative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Python-based AI systems, APIs, and microservices
- Architect and build GenAI and agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects from requirement gathering to production deployment
- Design and implement LLM pipelines, prompt workflows, and agent orchestration systems
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions in production
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Drive adoption of latest GenAI tools, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in Python development with scalable backend systems
- Strong knowledge of frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Expertise in designing multi-agent workflows, prompt pipelines, and tool integrations
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and production systems
- High ownership and ability to work independently in remote environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Passion for Generative AI and emerging AI technologies
