Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex software systems — from architecture and design to development, deployment, and ongoing support.
Design and develop new features and tools, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and user researchers.
Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, and actively contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture.
Champion an inclusive team environment that supports and values diverse opinions and perspectives.
Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and needs, and adapt or pivot quickly based on their feedback.
Know the latest innovative technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our products and roadmap.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience developing in JavaScript, along with working knowledge of C++.

Solid understanding of web workers and browser performance patterns.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply them pragmatically.
Ability to tackle problems in a sustainable, process-improving manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.
Background in the graphics domain or with libraries such as Skia.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
An affinity for enabling designers to create more engaging, delightful experiences.
Strong understanding of design principles and design tools; prior experience building design tooling is a big plus.
