Job Description
Senior Manager / DGM Digital Solutions (Full Stack Developer) at Schneider Electric, leading the development of on-premises and cloud-based platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of on-premises and cloud-based platforms, including IoT-enabled applications using RESTful and MQTT-based interfaces
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Build responsive front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services for enterprise applications
- Develop and integrate APIs/web services for mobile and third-party systems
- Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions and prioritized development roadmaps
- Drive Agile/Scrum-based execution in cross-functional environments
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and industry standards (e.g., OWASP)
- Prepare and maintain architecture documents, design specifications, and technical diagrams
- Follow Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices, including threat modeling and unit testing
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
- Strong experience with:
- React.js, Angular, Node.js
- REST APIs, Web Services, WebSockets
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- React Native (for mobile integration)
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
Qualifications

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
