4+ years' Experience troubleshooting & resolving real-time Production support issues at the Enterprise level
4+ years' Experience with monitoring tools (SPLUNK, AppDynamic or similar)
2+ years' Experience with Messaging (RabbitMQ, IBMMQ or similar)
4+ years' Experience with enterprise Batch scheduling tools (Control M or similar
4+ years' Experience with supporting distributed environments (Linux, SQL Server, IaaS, PCF or similar)
Knowledge of network understanding (DNS, IP Routing, SFTP, Load Balancing)
4+ years Experience with ITSM and Incident Resolution
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences as required
Familiar with Agile methodology and tooling (Jira)
Financial Industry experience
