Qualifications
- Skills and experience that will help you succeed.
- Backend: Working Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python competence with REST API design.
- Frontend: Working React/TypeScript competence, including state management and component architecture.
- Databases: SQL competence against PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
- Practices: TDD/unit testing habit, Git workflow, and CI/CD familiarity.
- Ownership: Comfortable owning a feature or module end-to-end within a small, autonomous pod.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant cloud or full stack certification preferred.
