Overview

We are a fast-growing healthtech company helping doctors care for patients remotely through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and value-based care programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain our database for RPM, CCM, and value-based care programs.
• Pull patient demographics, vitals, and care plans from EMRs into the platform.
• Push monthly reports (PDF/CCD) and discrete results back into EMRs so they appear in the patient's chart.
• Keep all data secure and compliant with US healthcare rules (HIPAA).
• Work closely with our product and clinical teams to ensure data is accurate and reliable.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in data engineering, healthcare IT, or systems integration.
• Strong skills in SQL and database design.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Interest in learning US healthcare compliance and interoperability rules.
