Overview
Design and implement software solutions for petabyte-class data and real-time environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage data models, analytics, and associated technologies.
- Develop software using Python, Scala, TypeScript, or Java.
- Manage data streaming and processing within Hadoop and Mongo environments.
- Write technical documentation for system architectures and processes.
- Navigate complex cross-border matrix organizations to deliver retail data solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, TypeScript, and Java.
- Knowledge of relational databases and Azure environments.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
- Expertise in retail data technologies and processes.
- STEM graduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
