Overview
Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of GenAI solutions at scale. Transition from data engineering into AI/Gen AI with contribution to both areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of GenAI solutions at scale
- Drive AI/GenAI use cases as an individual coding contributor
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for business-specific applications
- Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, QA and stakeholders
- Contribute to data engineering tasks: developing pipelines, ensuring data quality
- Share expertise on emerging GenAI tools, frameworks and methods
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and guardrails
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology roles with 5+ years in Data Engineering
- 2+ years in GenAI/AI product development at scale
- Proven experience with Agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems or RAG pipelines
- Hands-on coding in Python and exposure to GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace
- Strong understanding of LLMOps/MLOps principles
- Experience with deploying solutions on cloud platforms – AWS preferred, Azure/GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with innovative solutions to complex challenges
Nice to have
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake for data pipelines
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes
- Experience with version control and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with data governance and security compliance practices
- Communication in business language for technical solutions
