Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer in Delhi with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML, NLU, RAG and LLM-based solutions for enterprise applications.
• Define LLM evaluation strategies and evaluation harnesses to measure model quality, accuracy and performance.
• Implement hallucination mitigation techniques, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
• Develop fine-tuning and model retraining strategies based on business and performance requirements.
• Build and deploy GenAI/LLM solutions using Python.
• Drive production deployment, monitoring and MLOps for AI/ML models.
• Provide strong technical leadership and guide engineering teams on AI/ML architecture and implementation.
• 7+ years of AI/ML experience.
• Model/NLU/RAG design.
• LLM evaluation & evaluation harness.
• Hallucination mitigation & Guardrails.
• Fine-tuning / Retraining strategies.
• GenAI / LLM + Python.
• Production deployment & MLOps.
