Overview
Junior AI Associate role supporting the development and operation of AI, automation, and digital solutions in a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Support development and operation of AI, automation, and digital solutions
- Document project progress and deliverables
- Coordinate between various teams and stakeholders
- Prepare and validate data
- Conduct testing and user support activities
- Participate in low-complexity automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree or initial experience in Data, Automation, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Clinical Research, Life Sciences or related field
- Exposure to regulated environment (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, CROs, Healthcare)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
- Understanding of data quality, documentation, traceability, and confidentiality principles
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience in life sciences or regulated environment through studies or internships
- Curiosity to learn new technologies
- Willingness to accept feedback and grow skills
