Overview

We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in intelligent systems, chatbot development, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Implement and fine-tune AI chatbots (LLM-based) for real-world use cases
• Perform advanced context engineering for enhanced conversational accuracy
• Design and build vehicle forecasting models and algorithms
• Develop robust prompt and orchestration strategies using AWS Bedrock (Agents, Action Groups, model invocation)
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and high-quality responses
• Manage conversation flow and contextual memory effectively

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI agents and experience in building agents/skills
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and advanced prompt engineering
• Expertise in time-series forecasting or predictive modeling (preferably in automotive/fleet domains)
• Proficiency in Python ML ecosystem: scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Solid knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks
• Experience in model evaluation, experimentation, and A/B testing
