Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Varicent ICM/SPM solutions.
• Translate business compensation requirements into technical designs.
• Define data models, calculation logic, hierarchies, workflows, and reporting.
• Design and oversee integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop end-to-end data flow architectures, ETL processes, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Optimize Varicent performance, calculation processing, and system scalability.
• Lead solution reviews, stakeholder workshops, and technical governance.
• Provide guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Role Summary:
• Seeking an experienced Varicent Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Varicent architecture, compensation plan design, integrations, data modeling, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Data Modeling, Azure platform, ADB, ADF
• Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM/SPM implementations.
• Expertise in Varicent architecture, Composer, Reports, Workflows, and Calculation Engine.
• Strong understanding of Sales Compensation, Commissions, Quotas, and Incentive Programs.
• Knowledge of API-based and batch integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
