Join our Acceleration Center India and help shape the future of business for our diverse client portfolio across geographies and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing managed services processes and tools to enhance client operations
- Leading delivery teams in the execution of service management strategies and performance improvement initiatives
- Utilizing project management skills to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients
- Developing and implementing automation frameworks to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored managed services solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and professional growth
Qualifications
- AWS Cloud & Infrastructure; MLOps & LLMOps; DevOps & CI/CD; Model & Artifact Versioning; Secure Deployments; Observability & Release Governance
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps concepts and lifecycle management.
- Solid DevOps fundamentals, including automation and environment management.
- Familiarity with model and artifact versioning practices.
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
- Utilizing Automation Framework Design and Development
- Excelling in Business Process Automation (BPA)
- Demonstrating skills in Operational Performance Management (OPM)
- Managing Service Level Management effectively
- Delivering excellence in Workflow Automation
- Engaging in Continuous Process Improvement
- Navigating complex client relationships with ease
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or relevant cloud/DevOps certifications preferred)
- Work Location: Anywhere in India (Preferably Hyderabad / Bangalore)
