ROLE PROFILE: We are seeking a Senior Manager of DevOps to lead our Customers Identity & Access Management team at LSEG.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth.
- Define and execute the DevOps strategy for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and automation across CIAM services. Own the reliability and scalability of our services deployed in AWS.
- Drive best practices for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, security, and platform teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence. Establish KPIs and SLAs for system performance, availability, and incident response. Champion innovation in automation, monitoring, and developer experience.
