Overview
Kickstart your cloud computing and DevOps career with a fast-growing managed cloud services team focused on infrastructure support, cloud operations, Linux administration, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cloud infrastructure environments and production systems
- Handle support tickets, incident management, and issue resolution workflows
- Support Linux and Windows server administration activities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and cloud platform issues
- Maintain high availability and reliability of customer environments
- Work with cloud-based hosting, monitoring, and support systems
- Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams
- Participate in infrastructure monitoring and operational support activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and communication
- Basic understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of Apache, Nginx, MySQL, or web hosting technologies
- Understanding of virtualization and containerization concepts
- Basic scripting knowledge using Bash, Python, or Perl
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and infrastructure support workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational or 24/7 support environments
- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes platforms
- Understanding of DevOps workflows and cloud infrastructure concepts
- Familiarity with networking and server administration
- Knowledge of cloud operations and infrastructure monitoring
Qualifications
- Interest in automation engineering and Site Reliability Engineering practices
- Build expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud technologies
- Gain real-world experience in cloud operations and infrastructure management
- Learn enterprise monitoring, support, and incident response workflows
- Opportunity to transition into DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles
- Hands-on exposure to Linux administration, automation, and cloud-native technologies
- Work with global customers and enterprise cloud platforms
