Job Title: Full Stack & Data Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a hands-on technology professional who has experience building web platforms, mobile applications, and analytics dashboards, and has worked extensively with API integrations across multiple platforms.
• You will play a critical role in building and scaling our internal HIMS systems, data infrastructure, and business dashboards.
• Build and maintain web applications (frontend + backend)
• Develop and integrate mobile applications (Android/iOS or cross-platform)
• Ensure scalable and secure architecture
• Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, EMR systems, WhatsApp, CRM, accounting tools, etc.)
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices
• Build real-time and batch data pipelines
• Develop business dashboards for operations, finance, and clinical analytics
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reporting automation
• Manage cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred)
• Optimize performance and uptime
• Implement monitoring & logging

Qualifications

• Frontend (React / Next.js / Vue or similar)
• Strong experience in:
• Strong SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Understanding of system architecture and scalable design
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards
• Systems thinker, not just feature coder
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with founders and operations teams
