Responsibilities

• Join a team designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on ServiceNow for large national and international clients
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed
• Optimize and evaluate performance to meet organizational goals
• Work with enterprise technologies and highly complex delivery challenges

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 5+ years in full stack software development roles
• Hands-on coding and code review experience
• Collaboration with Solution Architects to define implementation details
• Use of AI tools for supporting productivity
