• Model Monitoring & Maintenance: Set up monitoring tools to track model performance, detect model drift, and trigger model retraining processes as needed.
• Automation & CI/CD: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and versioning of models.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists to take models from development to production while ensuring smooth transitions and full compatibility with enterprise systems.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage cloud technologies (especially Azure and Databricks) to deploy and manage machine learning models at scale.
• Version Control: Implement best practices for version control and model tracking to manage model iterations and lifecycle.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations, and enforce best practices in securing ML models and data pipelines.
• Optimization: Optimize model performance in production by fine-tuning hyperparameters, ensuring low-latency responses, and efficient resource utilization.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation on deployment processes, model monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications

• Model Deployment & Monitoring: Hands-on experience with model deployment platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
• Data Engineering Skills: Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration with large-scale databases.
• Optimization & Scaling: Experience with optimizing machine learning models for performance, cost, and scalability in production environments.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other popular ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic for tracking model performance in real-time.
• Background in DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
