FeedbackAI is operated by Future Flow AI Technologies, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We make hiring decisions easier to explain: candidates see why a role fits and where the skill gaps are; employers see the same ranking on applicants instead of a keyword pile.
The product is matching first. Optional PRACTICE and structured AI assessments exist when a team wants a skill signal — they are not required to browse jobs or post a role. Candidates use the platform free. Hiring teams can start on a free tier.
What we publish
This site is an original product and editorial property. Public pages include job and company browse, hiring guides, salary and skills reports, comparison pages, and policy documents. We do not run adult, violent, or hate content, and we do not invent Glassdoor ratings or auto-reject candidates without a human review.
