A verified skills profile combines structured assessments with consistent rubrics, AI feedback on every response, and an opt-in public link you control.

Step 1 — Sign up and complete basic info (20%)

Create a candidate account at /registration?role=candidate. You can continue with Google or email.

Fill basic info on /profile/user. The dashboard tracks completeness against an 80% threshold before treating your profile as activation-ready.

Step 2 — Add skills and experience (30% combined)

Add at least three skills relevant to your target roles (for example TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, system design).

Document work history on your profile. Each role improves employer trust when they view your public profile.

Step 3 — Upload your resume to autofill (15%)

From the dashboard, use Upload resume to autofill profile when eligible. AI parses your PDF into skills, experience, and education for review on /profile/review before you confirm.

Step 4 — Take a free PRACTICE assessment (20%)

Browse public practice tests at /assessments. PRACTICE mode includes code exercises (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), multiple choice, and open-ended questions with AI rubric feedback.

PRACTICE is for self-improvement and profile proof — not a replacement for an employer's scored FORMAL interview round.

Step 5 — Set job preferences (15%)

Set work type, notice period, and expected salary range where comfortable. This helps AI job matching surface relevant roles in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR.

Step 6 — Opt in to your public profile

Public visibility is opt-in and off by default. When you are ready, enable public profile in settings and share your link at /candidates/[candidateId]/public.

There is no org-wide candidate directory — only per-candidate public URLs when you choose to publish.

Step 7 — Apply with your verified profile

On job detail pages, eligible candidates can apply with a verified profile so assessment history and completeness travel with the application.
