Job Description

Build scalable, high-performance solutions.

Architect and optimize our backend services for performance, security, and scalability.
Develop and deliver features from inception to production across a dynamic product roadmap.
Lead hands-on development, balancing technical research and implementation.
Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality code through reviews and feedback.
Manage AWS-based microservices (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS).
Around 3-5 years of experience in modular application development (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Proven experience in server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and web security best practices.
Good experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js
Good experience in styling frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind CSS) for responsive UIs.
Experience with Agile and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Strong communication skills in English.
Familiarity with NestJS, AWS services, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture/technologies.
Experience with CRM tools (Braze, Blueshift, Salesforce) and Google Analytics.
