Job Description
As a Sr. AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will develop and deploy AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and deploy applications using LLMs to meet specific business requirements
- Utilize prompt engineering techniques to extract desired outputs from generative models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI-driven solutions into business workflows
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in GenAI developments and techniques
- Contribute to the establishment of best practices for efficient utilization of generative models
- Mentor and guide team members in comprehending and applying LLMs effectively
- Identify AI opportunities and promote strategy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, AI, or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Specific experience in GenAI and Conversational AI
- Proficiency in Python programming and related AI/ML libraries
- Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and production-grade AI application deployment
- Designing GenAI applications integrating advanced models like OpenAIs GPT, BERT, or Open Source LLMs
- Deep understanding of the RAG architecture and its implementation
- Knowledge in SQL generation using LLM is preferred
- Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code and work collaboratively
- Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle and change control procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
