Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Web Developer Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in full stack development and a flair for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
Responsibilities
- - Deliver engaging classroom or online training sessions in Java Full Stack Development.
- -Train students on technologies including:
- Backend: Advance Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Core Java, C++
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React.js
- Database: MySQL
- - Prepare training materials, curriculum, exercises, and hands-on projects.
- - Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance.
- - Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and code reviews.
- - Mentor learners to help them transition into full-time developer roles.
- - Stay updated with industry trends and update training content accordingly.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development.
- - Strong communication and presentation skills.
- - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
