Job Description
Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with strong expertise in NestJS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and driving architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
- Build robust backend services and REST APIs using NestJS, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
- Design scalable microservices and enterprise application architecture.
- Optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and driving architectural decisions. This role requires a strong backend focus using NestJS while working across the MERN stack to deliver enterprise-grade products.
- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS (Mandatory)
- MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
- React.js, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, Next.js
- REST API Development
- Microservices Architecture
- MongoDB (Aggregation, Indexing, Performance Tuning)
- AWS Cloud
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Git Version Control
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Technical Leadership or Architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in NestJS and MERN Stack development.
- Strong architectural design and system design skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
