Job Description
Full Stack Developer role at Neysa focused on AI-driven platform development with secure, resilient, and high-performing applications. Role includes collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and cloud teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure full-stack applications
- Integrate security controls into web and service-layer architectures
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across front-end, back-end, and API layers
- Strengthen DevSecOps practices through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and proactive risk mitigation
- Enhance system resilience, data protection, and compliance readiness
- Develop and implement user-centric interfaces using modern UI frameworks
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive web applications
- Build and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define features
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Stay updated on latest trends and technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Front-End: Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is essential. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) is a plus.
- Back-End: Solid understanding of server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java/Spring, Node.js, Python/Django). Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is required.
- UI/UX: A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience with UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git.
- Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing and test driven development.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Basic network concept awareness
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
