Job Description
Module Lead (.Net, Angular Full stack developer) role at Clifford Chance requiring a hands-on developer who can also mentor junior team members, explain design ideas, and contribute to high-quality coding standards. Must understand SAFe Agile methodologies and demonstrate experience in Power Platform-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Solve simple/medium complexity business problems using automation solutions
- Work closely with Product Owner and team to execute iteration objectives
- Design and develop Bots, agents, and Power Platform based applications
- Improve overall code base by ensuring compliance to coding standards
- Learn new skills and technologies as needed
- Understand and follow SAFe Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including vendors
- Possess hands-on experience in Release Orchestration tools for software deployments
- Good understanding of Dev-OPS concepts
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Drive adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies within business applications
- Contribute to estimation and planning of project deliverables
- Develop/Design solutions using Power platform (Power Apps, canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows)
- Development of applications using Angular, .NET, NodeJS
- Create apps for SharePoint Online with backend SQL Server applications
- Develop Bots using Power Platform (desirable)
- Develop applications using NO/Low code solutions
- Unit Testing using Microsoft and open source testing frameworks
- Develop applications using Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools
- Design Database in SQL Server 2016 or higher
- Continuous integration of new solutions with automated test cases
- Design applications based on well known design patterns
- Work on applications hosted on O365 suite and Azure platform
- Create and maintain builds using Release Orchestration tools
- Develop automated scripts using PowerShell to deploy applications
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of Gen AI including bias mitigation, transparency, compliance with data privacy regulations
- Create/update technical and process documentation for solutions
- Provide Operational support for solutions developed by the team
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all developed solutions
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues
- Engage in stakeholder management ensuring clear communication of technical solutions to non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience of 5+ years in application development using Power Platform and with experience in full stack development
- At least 2 years of experience in design, development, testing and deployment using Power Platform
- Sound knowledge in Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio for developing bots/agents
- Working experience in Azure AI Foundry (added advantage)
- Knowledge on various LLM models and Gen AI tools
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using Generative AI models and frameworks (value add)
- Experience in using development tools such as Visual Studio 2019 or higher, configuration and design tools
- Strong ability of converting business requirements into Power Platform based applications. Exposure to Angular will give an added advantage.
- Knowledge of latest additions in SQL Server 2016
- Hands-on experience on O365 suite and Azure platform
- Understanding of and hands-on experience in any Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools
- Having experience with DevOps tools such as ADO and GitHub
- Strong hold over Object Oriented Programming principles
- Practical exposure of Design Patterns such as Factory, Abstract Factory, Strategy etc including all other major design patterns
- A good understanding of the Applications Lifecycle Management (ALM) with full lifecycle experience from design through development, testing and deployment of the solutions
- Prior experience in test-driven-development preferred
- Must be a good team player, good learner and a self-starter
- Must have problem-solving skills, good analytical skills
- A good understanding of eXtreme programming/practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Pair programming, Test Drive Development
- Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum environment. Knowledge of SAFe principles and experience of software development using SAFe Agile methodologies will give added advantage
- Very strong communication skills required to interact with solution architects and other technology teams
- Flexible to work during both India and UK business hours as business demands
Nice to have
- Experience in Azure AI Foundry
