Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET.
• Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Implement frontend business logic and user workflows.
• Collaborate with UX, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective user experiences.
• Drive modernization and optimization of existing web applications.
• Design, develop, and enhance backend services using:
• C#.NET
• VB.NET
• .NET Framework
• .NET-based APIs and services
• Build reusable components, libraries, and enterprise application frameworks.
• Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
• Drive secure coding practices and application lifecycle management.
• API & Integration Development
• Design, develop, and support REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Integrate internal and external business applications.
• Work with:

• Web Services
• Troubleshoot integration, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Support enterprise-wide integration initiatives and modernization programs.
• Database & Data Management
• Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with database administrators on capacity planning and system optimization.
• Support and maintain SSIS packages, scheduled jobs, and data-processing workflows.

• About the Role
• We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Full Stack Development & Application Support (.NET) to lead the support, maintenance, enhancement, and delivery of enterprise applications built on Microsoft technologies.
• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development and Enterprise Application Support.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• ASP.NET
• C#.NET
• VB.NET
• SQL Server
• REST APIs
• Enterprise Application Support
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and support models.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams during critical production incidents.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application security best practices.
• ITIL Certification.
• Microsoft certifications in .NET or Azure technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in Azure services.
