Responsibilities
- Classic Apps Full Stack Developer - Assistant Manager - MFT - KGS CH Assistant Manager – Full Stack Development & Application
- Support (.NET) Experience: 10+ Years Location: India (Bangalore / Gurugram | Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Full Stack Development & Application
- Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Implement frontend business logic and user workflows.
- Collaborate with UX, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective user experiences.
- Drive modernization and optimization of existing web applications. Back-End Development (.NET Technologies) Design, develop, and enhance backend services using: C#.NET VB.NET .NET Framework .NET-based APIs and services
- Build reusable components, libraries, and enterprise application frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices. Perform debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
- Drive secure coding practices and application lifecycle management. API & Integration Development
- Design, develop, and support REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Integrate internal and external business applications.
- Work with: REST APIs JSON XML Web Services Troubleshoot integration, authentication, and connectivity issues.
- Support enterprise-wide integration initiatives and modernization programs. Database & Data Management
- Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, queries, stored procedures, and views. Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with database administrators on capacity planning and system optimization.
- Support and maintain SSIS packages, scheduled jobs, and data-processing workflows.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards are maintained. Application Management & Production
- Support Provide leadership for Level 3 and Level 4 support of enterprise applications built on Microsoft technologies. Act as the primary escalation point for complex application, infrastructure, integration, and database-related issues.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and service restoration activities.
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and operational excellence standards. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, middleware, security, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programs.
- Participate in major incident management calls and executive-level communications when required.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management Service Request Fulfilment Oversee application health monitoring, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
