Responsibilities

• We are looking for a hands-on Data Analytics & ML Engineer who can design and build data-driven features and intelligent modules for our platform. This role requires strong analytical thinking, practical ML skills, and a product-building mindset.
• Work with manufacturing datasets (sensors, ERP, MES, machine logs) to generate actionable insights and build practical, value-driven analytics solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and automated workflows for data processing, feature extraction, and model deployment.
• Collaborate with the product, manufacturing domain, and engineering teams to convert use-cases into production-grade solutions.
• Take ownership of problem statements, propose experiments, validate hypotheses, and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation — think bold, test fast, and ship.

Qualifications

• Location: Bangalore (ARTPark, IISc Campus)

• Strong proficiency in Python and data tools (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Solid skills in data wrangling, ETL pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, time-series analytics.
• Ability to translate business/manufacturing problems into data & ML approaches.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments.
