Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for applying AI/ML technology.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in AI/ML.
• Design and implement AI/ML strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to stay informed on emerging AI/ML technologies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new techniques and tools for AI/ML development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in AI/ML.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration of AI/ML solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance related to AI/ML.
