Senior Engineer- Fullstack

Overview

Full Stack Engineer focusing on analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and APIs
• Maintain full stack for Adhoc reports
• Own performance and scalability

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience (APIs, services, data modeling, performance at scale) Solid full stack chops — comfortable in the frontend when the feature calls for it Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data-heavy products a big plus Comfort working with large datasets, aggregations, and query optimization
• Familiarity with row-level security (RLS) and data access control patterns a plus A builder mindset — you like shipping and iterating, not just architecting on paper. Hybrid Work Eightfold follows a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. Employees based near our Santa Clara, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week, as regular in-person engagement is essential to how we build high-impact products and strong teams.
