Build and review production-ready code using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Next.js.

Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and regular feedback.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve application reliability and performance.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Lead who enjoys building great products while leading a high-performing engineering team. You'll play a key role in driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable solutions across the frontend and backend. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.
8+ years of experience in Full-Stack software development, including technical leadership.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Next.js.
Good understanding of system design, microservices, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture.
Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for building high-quality, maintainable software and helping teams succeed.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be highly preferred.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
