Overview

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative AI solutions using machine learning techniques
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning to enhance company's AI capabilities
- Develop and maintain machine learning models, algorithms, and software components
- Utilize programming languages and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and Keras to implement machine learning solutions
- Perform data preprocessing, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of machine learning models
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for improving AI solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with machine learning models and software, and propose solutions to improve performance
- Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to machine learning and AI
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of AI software solutions
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
- Take ownership of assigned projects and meet project deadlines
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing machine learning models and algorithms
