Overview
Primary Responsibilities: • Support enterprise data platform and pipeline operations across Unified Data Platform (UDP) initiatives • Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot data ingestion and transformation pipelines using StreamSets, Snowflake, and Python • Support Salesforce-to-Snowflake integration workflows and operational monitoring activities • Participate in production suppo
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise data platform and pipeline operations across Unified Data Platform (UDP) initiatives
- Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot data ingestion and transformation pipelines using StreamSets, Snowflake, and Python
- Support Salesforce-to-Snowflake integration workflows and operational monitoring activities
- Participate in production support, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational issue resolution
- Collaborate with engineering, product, cloud, and data platform teams to support delivery commitments
- Perform SQL analysis, data validation, pipeline testing, and operational troubleshooting
- Contribute to CI/CD, GitHub-based development workflows, and engineering best practices
- Support AI-assisted operational analysis, code validation, and engineering productivity improvements
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or enterprise data platform support
- Solid SQL and Snowflake experience
- Understanding of enterprise data pipelines, operational monitoring, and production support processes
- Proven solid troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced operational environments supporting enterprise-scale platforms.
