Job description
Overview
Responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure reliable, high-quality data availability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English language.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data integration patterns
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and common storage services
- Basic knowledge of data modelling and warehousing principles
- Understanding of version control practices using Git
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow in a team environment
- Basic understanding of relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- With 1–2 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related technical role (including internships or academic projects). ITIL Certification is an advantage but not mandatory
