Job description
Overview
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer (Python) to design, build, and scale the core platform systems that power our engineering ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable platform services and developer tooling using Python.
- Build automation frameworks, orchestration systems, and backend infrastructure.
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE).
- Drive infrastructureascode and cloud automation initiatives with Terraform.
- Implement best practices for observability, monitoring, and incident response.
- Lead reliability improvements through automation and CI/CD integration.
- Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions across team
- Python (productiongrade automation & tooling)
- Kubernetes (EKS/GKE)
- AWS Cloud
- Terraform / InfrastructureasCode
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E.)
- 6-10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SDLC and modern cloudnative practices.
