Learning our monitoring systems, responding to alerts and escalating where necessary.
Working closely with lead infrastructure and Devops engineers in driving cloud infrastructure, architecture and automation. (Azure and AWS)
Management of test and production systems – including patching, permissions, log review and general maintenance.
System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various technologies.
Providing recommendations for process improvements.
Involved in incident investigation and resolution.
Ability to work with and support other technical teams.
Learning new technologies that could benefit the business.
3 - 4 years’ experience working with cloud services (AWS or Azure)
Basic understanding of networking and security.
Windows Server experience in maintenance and general upkeep.

Have worked with user permissions and/or have a basic understanding of RBAC.
Problem solving and analytical skills that that you are willing to work on and improve.
Ability to generate new ideas and be willing to voice potential problems.
Excellent English - both written and verbal communication skills.
AWS or Azure certification highly desirable
Linux server maintenance
Worked with Atlassian Stack (Jira or Confluence)
