Overview
This is a job that Jill, our AI Recruiter, is recruiting for on behalf of one of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Well-funded legal tech AI startup
- Work directly with founders and a high-caliber engineering team from elite backgrounds like Google, Jane Street, and Amazon.
- Join a company experiencing 10x revenue growth backed by top-tier VCs, providing both stability and high upside.
- High-impact environment where you ship daily and influence the product roadmap through direct interactions with global law firm clients.
- Design and implement full-stack features using Go, React, TypeScript, and AWS serverless infrastructure.
- Build and optimize custom RAG pipelines and AI-driven workflows that automate complex billable time capture.
- Collaborate directly with customers to identify pain points, prioritize product requirements, and execute technical solutions autonomously.
- Holds a CS degree from a top-tier program and has 2-5 years of experience at a high-growth startup.
- Demonstrates strong product sense and the ability to own the entire development lifecycle without needing hand-offs.
- Possesses an interest in AI/ML systems and thrives in a fast-paced, in-person collaborative environment in New York City.
