About the Opportunity

Develop production-quality software using Rust, Python, and related technologies.
Build and maintain services that integrate with blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges, and smart contract protocols.
Design and improve execution pipelines, monitoring platforms, and operational tooling.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Support integrations with new blockchain ecosystems and emerging decentralized protocols.
Collaborate with researchers, traders, and engineers to deliver robust trading infrastructure.
Take ownership of projects from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong programming fundamentals with experience building scalable production systems.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, networking, concurrency, and distributed systems.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve complex technical problems.
Digital assets, electronic trading, or financial technology.
Blockchain development, decentralized finance, or smart contract integrations.
Ethereum, Solana, EVM-compatible networks, or blockchain RPC interfaces.
Performance optimization and distributed application development.
Cloud infrastructure, observability platforms, and production monitoring tools.
