- Modernization Expertise : Proven hands-on experience navigating complex legacy software codebases,
- performing technical debt evaluations, and executing migration patterns.
- Full-Stack Core Proficiency : Deep practical competence in at least one backend ecosystem and frontend ecosystem as applicable:
- Backend: Node.js, Java, or .NET
- Frontend: Angular or React
- Cloud & CI/CD Frameworks: Comprehensive deployment experience utilizing major cloud architectures (AWS or Azure) and establishing structured automation pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- AI & Automation Tooling: Hands-on exposure to up-to-date AI-assisted coding extensions, continuous testing applications, and progressive DevOps automation. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
