Job description
Overview
You will design and ship production systems used by regulated enterprises in BFSI, government, and healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Spring Boot services and APIs.
- Build responsive interfaces with Next.js and React.
- Embed secure patterns in architecture and code flow.
- Own delivery through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Mentor engineers through reviews and pairing.
- Collaborate directly with client engineering stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years with Java and Spring ecosystem.
- 2+ years with production React or Next.js.
- Strong API and database design fundamentals.
- Comfort with security-aware development practices.
Nice to have
- Domain exposure in BFSI, healthcare, or government.
- Cloud platform delivery experience.
- Open-source contribution history.
