Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
- Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years full time education
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture
