Job description
Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer / Copilot Solutions Engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven automation and Copilot solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
- Automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Develop AI‑driven knowledge solutions using RAG with SharePoint and enterprise data
- Implement MCP Servers and API integrations for AI‑to‑system interactions
- Apply prompt engineering and reusable AI workflow patterns
- Integrate Microsoft 365, CRM/ERP, and internal systems
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across AI and automation solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power
- Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Familiarity with MCP Server architecture and AI tool orchestration
- Basic programming/scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or C#)
- Understanding of AI security, data governance, and compliance
- Azure AI / Azure OpenAI certification
- Exposure to Azure AI Services, Cognitive Search, or vector databases
