Overview
Senior Machine Learning / Deep Learning Engineer responsible for designing, training, optimizing neural networks and implementing multi-modal fusion architectures combining image and text data.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize complex neural networks including CNNs, Graph-based models (GCN or similar), Advanced architectures such as KAN or equivalent
- Fine-tune large pre-trained models on small, specialized datasets
- Implement feature selection techniques like LASSO Regression, Random Forest
- Design and implement multi-modal fusion architectures combining image and text data
- Define and optimize custom loss functions enforcing cross-modal consistency and complementary learning
- Evaluate models using task-specific metrics for classification, segmentation, and object detection
- Support multi-label classification strategies and guide data annotation approaches
Qualifications
- Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Proven expertise in model optimization and performance evaluation
- Experience with multi-modal learning (image + text)
- Ability to work independently in an R&D-focused, fast-iteration setup
