About the RoleWe're building a production-grade agentic AI platform powered by LLMs to transform how startups and SMBs generate demand and scale marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead role within 1218 months. If you enjoy solving hard problems at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and product engineering, this role is for you.Job Location: In-person in Pune, India.What You'll
- Design and build production-scale agentic AI systems using LLMsArchitect LLM orchestration frameworks, tool-use agents, and workflow automation
- Develop prompt management, evaluation, and optimization pipelines
- Build robust LLM observability systems (monitoring latency, hallucination rates, cost, and performance)Implement data pipelines and feedback loops to continuously improve model accuracy
- Design scalable APIs and services powering AI products used by real customers
- Work closely with product and research teams to rapidly prototype and deploy new AI capabilities
- Lead position as the team grows.
- Work directly with US-based founders and product teams solving global problems.Your work will directly power AI systems used by thousands of startups and SMBs.
- Work alongside engineers passionate about AI systems, LLM architecture, and product innovation.
