We are a talent acquisition and staff augmentation firm, and we are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients.

Design, build, and deploy AI solutions on Azure using services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks.
Work along with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and convert them into practical AI use cases.
Build and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Track and improve model performance using the right evaluation metrics.
Stay current with evolving Azure AI tools, features, and best practices.
Guide and mentor junior team members on technical approaches and best practices.
Work with Agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous, decision-making AI systems.
Build and deploy conversational and enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Databricks.
Practical experience building and training models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and architectures for autonomous, decision-making systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI copilot development tools.
Exposure to NLP, Generative AI, or large language models (LLMs).
Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and AI governance practices.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Comfortable presenting technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
Exposure to data governance and security practices within AI/ML environments.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering; Azure-focused experience preferred.
Azure AI Engineer Associate or an equivalent Azure AI/ML certification (preferred, not mandatory).
