Overview
You'll own the data infrastructure behind reporting and analytics. Hands-on work blending modern data engineering with Tableau development: build pipelines, model data, design dashboards leadership relies on. Help modernize current SQL Server and Tableau environment using cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong ETL/ELT pipeline development experience
- Python for data engineering and automation
- Advanced SQL, including optimization and performance tuning
- Hands-on Tableau development: dashboards, data sources, calculated fields
- Dimensional data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
- Experience integrating data via APIs, databases, or flat files
- Git and CI/CD experience
- Comfort working directly with business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Synapse, Fabric, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks
- Orchestration tools: Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Prefect
- Experience modernizing legacy reporting environments
