Responsibilities
- Build backend services, CLIs, and internal tools that integrate AI capabilities into GQE workflows.
- Implement features for AI‑assisted test generation, log summarization, and defect triage.
- Contribute to RAG pipelines, embeddings workflows, and LLM‑powered utilities under senior guidance.
- Integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with QE, Platform, and Data Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of software engineering experience (Java, Kotlin, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, or AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and interest in AI‑driven engineering.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn AI‑driven engineering.
- Proficient coding fundamentals and attention to detail.
- Collaboration and communication across engineering teams.
- Ownership of assigned features and components.
- Delivery of reliable features within AI tooling platforms.
- Improved triage and test‑creation efficiency for GQE teams.
- Positive feedback from internal users on usability and impact.
- High code quality and consistent contribution to team velocity.
