React Frontend Development (Primary Focus)
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional full stack development experience in a product engineering environment
- Expert-level React.js (4+ years): hooks, context, suspense, server components, performance patterns
- Strong TypeScript proficiency — type-safe component development, generics, utility types
- Production experience building and consuming REST APIs (Node.js with Express/Fastify or Python with FastAPI)
- Solid database skills: PostgreSQL or MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization) and/or MongoDB
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, PR workflows, and collaborative development
- Strong understanding of web security: CORS, XSS, CSRF, CSP, authentication flows
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and working in cross-functional, distributed teams
- GraphQL development experience (Apollo Server/Client or similar)
- Data visualization expertise: D3.js, Recharts, Plotly, custom charting
- Knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, or data lake/warehouse concepts
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and design-to-code workflows
- Understanding of retail / e-commerce domain (POS, loyalty, customer analytics)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n)
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus: AWS/Azure Developer, Meta React Certification, or similar
